The Quick-Start method includes only a portion of the features found in the ARCHIBUS Building Operations domain. Additional features enable you to:

• Define Service Level Agreements that control the workflow assigned to work by its problem, type location, or requestor.

• Divide work into the teams that perform the work, and then create Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that assign the right work to the right teams. You can then monitor the performance of those teams using the Work Team Performance report.

• Enable employees of your organization to sign into the application and use the Building Operations Console to enter their requests for work.
