Asset Properties command

Command: AFM_ASTPROPS or AFM_XD

Purpose: Displays the entity data and extended entity data for a selected asset symbol. These properties hold the intelligent link information used by ARCHIBUS.

Note: The Asset Properties command is equivalent to the afm_xd and afm_xg commands in the ARCHIBUS Client/Server Overlay for AutoCAD.

How to access this command: Select Synchronization/Asset Properties from the Ribbon, or run this command from the command line.

Procedure: Running the Asset Properties Command

Use this command to display the extended entity data for a selected asset symbol.

1. Set the layer for the asset symbol for which you wish to display the xdata.
2. Select Synchronization/Asset Properties from the Ribbon.
3. Select the item for which you wish to display the xdata.

   The data appears in the message area of the command line.

4. Press F2 to display the text in its own window.
