Creating a Space Chargeback Based on Revit Areas

Now that you have both room and gross area data, you can create a space chargeback.

To do so:

1. Log into Web Central.
2. Update Calculations.and invoke these actions:
   • Space Planning & Management / Space Chargeback / Standard Space Chargeback / Update Area Totals
   • Space Planning & Management / Space Chargeback / Standard Space Chargeback / Perform Chargeback
3. View Reports. Having run those calculations, you can now review the chargeback results in reports such as these:
   • Space Planning & Management / Space Chargeback / Standard Space Chargeback / View Detailed Chargeback Analysis
   • Space Planning & Management / Space Chargeback / Standard Space Chargeback / View Financial Statement by Division
