From the Review Contracts Awarded to Commissioning Agents task, you can review contracts that specify the scope of the commissioning work and details of responsibilities for the commissioning agent at each stage of the project. This contract is the result of the design professionals and commissioning agent reaching agreement on the scope of the commissioning work for a specific work package. If the contract is not yet available, but a letter of intent is, the letter of intent can be attached as an action item to document that a commissioning agent has been selected. You can use the Review Contracts Awarded to Commissioning Agents task to review the details in the contractual agreement for the commissioning work.
By default, the task shows all actions for contracts awarded that have a document attached for all commissioning projects. If needed, you can use the Filter console to restrict the view to include only contracts for a specific location, project manager, project, or work package.
