The owner's project requirements document specifies building performance goals, including project goals, measurable performance criteria, cost considerations, benchmarks, success criteria, and supporting information. Because this document contains such critical functional data, the commissioning agent and design professionals require easy access to it to as they develop design submissions for work packages to ensure compliance with the owner's requirements.
You can use this task to quickly locate and review the owner's project requirements. By default, the Review Owner's Requirements task shows all Contract Document actions that have the document attached to it, but you can restrict the view to show only owner's project requirements for specific locations, projects, project managers, or work packages.
