MSDS Product Inventory

The MSDS Product Inventory report lists approximate quantities of MSDS materials and container types at selected locations.

When an MSDS is assigned to a location, you can enter both the quantity (the actual quantity on site) and the type of container the material is stored in. The quantity in the product inventory does not use the actual quantity. This report is based on the number of containers reported for a location. The size defined for the container is the basis for this reported quantity.

Note the Days on Site value. This is the total number of days the chemical was on site for all queried locations during the time specified in the filter.

There are three filters for selecting data for the report: Locations, Hazard Classification, and the Filter Console. The results set is the intersection of the filters, that is, the results include products and storage locations that match all the criteria entered.

Clicking one of the MSDSs will display a pop-up window showing location information for the MSDS.
