Service Desk Steps Example 2

Add a notification step to announce that a service request has been canceled.

Select the Manage Service Desk Steps task from the Process Navigator

Adding a Step

Clicking on the Add Step button on top of the Steps list panel will show the Edit tab page, with which you can define the Workflow Step parameters:

  1. Select the Service Desk application (AbBlgOpsHelpDesk).

  2. Select the Notification step type from the drop-down list.

  3. Enter the Notification Step name in the Workflow Step field, such as Notification of Cancellation.

  4. Select the Basic Status Cancelled from the drop down list.

Save your form data by clicking the Save button to complete your Notification Step creation.
