Real Estate Portfolio Management / Cost Chargeback & Invoicing
Chargeback Administrator
Once property and lease costs are entered and approved through the Cost Administration application, Chargeback Administrators can use the Cost Chargeback & Invoicing application to roll up and/or proportionately distribute these costs to internal lines of business or to tenants. As the Cost Administration application works for property owners renting out space, tenants leasing space, or companies owning and occupying their buildings, the chargeback system accommodates these situations by distributing costs according to lease, department, building, property, or account.
As the Chargeback Administrator, you can:
- Use the Chargeback Cost Wizard to generate chargeback costs, view exceptions, approve chargeback costs, and then review the approved chargeback.
- View that are used to make adjustments to the chargeback amount
- View Actual Costs by leases, buildings, properties, accounts, divisions, departments, or business units to see the costs that are available for chargeback. See Viewing Recurring, Scheduled, or Actual Costs by Lease, Building, Property, Account, Division, Department, or Business Unit
