Call Center

The Call Center role organizes the complete on demand work process into one role. This is useful for organizations that use the same set of people (such as a call center) to interface with the system and to perform tasks in all parts of the process. The Call Center role allows one person or one group to access tasks for all the different On Demand tasks , without having to navigate through the various roles on the Process Navigator.

The Call Center tasks are:

Create Maintenance Service Request

Approve/Reject Service Request

Estimate and Schedule Work Requests

Assign Work Requests to Work Orders

Update Work Orders and Work Requests

Close Out (Archive) a Work Order
