Recording your Satisfaction for a Request

Depending on the rules governing your request, you may have the option to record your satisfaction on a completed request.

This is helpful for improving the overall operation of the service desk, as service desk managers can include your comments in their analyses.

To do record your satisfaction:

  1. From the Process Navigator, select View Service Requests.
  2. Select a completed request from the resulting list.
  3. If a survey has been defined for this type of request, you can select the Satisfaction Survey button to access a form for entering your satisfaction and your comments about the work.
