Define Quick-Start Metric Unit Limits

The Quick-Start home page presents metrics, which includes alerts, measurements of key aspects of your building, and key data you want to know at a glance.

The performance metrics and alerts on the Quick-Start home page compare your project data against thresholds that you define. For example, you may want to be alerted if maintenance costs exceed $10,000 per month. Use the Define Quick-Start Metric Units task to set these threshold values.

Procedure:

1. On the Quick-Start page, choose the Define Quick-Start Metric Limits task in the Space Process bucket, under the Additional Tasks section.
2. For each metric listed on the left, choose its Select button to access a form for entering its limits. For example, the below image shows limits for the Area Per Occupant metric.
3. Enter the desired thresholds and choose Save.
