Define room categories, room types, divisions, and departments

On the Quick-Start Home page, scroll down to the Advanced Tasks section. In the Space Background bucket, you will find the tasks for defining the following information.

• Use the predefined list of categories -- or -- Create your own categories and types
• Create your own organizational hierarchy

Assign organizations and room categories to rooms

Import your employees into ARCHIBUS and assign employees to rooms
