Comparing and Analyzing Data

ARCHIBUS Smart Client provides the following features to enable you to analyze and compare your data:

Comparing Data: For example, compare data from different databases, or compare the drawing view alongside the database grid view of the data.
Creating Analysis Views: Create one or two dimensional reports that summarize your data.
Reviewing the Data in a Table: Review the data in a table or the schema underlying a table
Filter to Drawing Restrict the current view to display records for the active drawing
Filter in Drawing Highlight asset symbols in drawings after selecting their records in an ARCHIBUS Smart Client grid view
Exporting Data to Excel : Some views include an XLS action button that exports the data in the view to Excel so that you can manipulate the data.
