Select a Group Move Project for a Scenario

The first step in developing a scenario is to select the group move project you are creating a scenario for. When you select the Move Scenario Planner/Develop Moves Scenario task, the Move Projects tab appears. From this tab you select an employee group move project to base your scenario on.

Note: You can use the Move Scenarios feature only with employee group moves. You cannot use this feature with other types of moves.

To select a move project:

  1. Select the Move Management/Move Scenario Planner/Develop Move Scenarios task.

    The Move Projects tab shows all requested move projects.

  2. Select the group move project for which you want to create scenarios.

    The Create Move Scenarios tab appears. From this tab, you can select an existing scenario to work on, edit a scenario, create a new scenario, or copy an existing scenario to create a new one. ARCHIBUS automatically creates a scenario (Scenario 1) if you have not yet created one.
